Dr. Alicia R. Billington is an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery. The plastic and reconstructive surgeon completed her residency at the University of South Florida, where she earned her M.D. and Ph.D. in engineering.
Susan H. Cook is an early interventionist in the Expanding Horizons Program within the Center of
Excellence in Early Childhood Learning and Development. Before coming to ETSU, she
was a parent educator in the Parents as Teachers Program of the Early Childhood Alliance
in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She holds a B.S. in psychology/human relations from Milligan
University.
Megan Eads is a simulation lab technician in Academic Affairs, Quillen College of Medicine. She was previously an advanced emergency medical technician with Washington County/Johnson City Emergency Medical Services. She holds a BBA degree from ETSU.
Steve Isley is a career specialist in the Center for Community Outreach. He holds a B.S. degree from Tusculum University.
Sarah McCray is a medical social worker with ETSU Health Family Medicine Johnson City after serving as a therapist with Frontier Health. She holds an MSW degree from ETSU.
Dr. Jeetendra Patel is an associate professor of cardiology in the Department of Internal Medicine. Before coming to ETSU, he was an interventional cardiologist at Piedmont Heart Institute. He earned his M.D. degree at NHL Municipal Medical College.
Dr. Constanze Weise is an assistant professor in the Department of History. She was an assistant professor of history at Henderson State University before coming to ETSU. She holds a Ph.D. degree from UCLA.
Justin White is an executive aide in the College of Nursing Office of Student Services. Before attaining his current position, he was education director at Rocky Mount State Historic Site. He holds a B.S. in history from ETSU.
