Erin Lorelle Cook is a lecturer in the Department of Computing after serving as an adjunct faculty member. She holds an M.S. in computer and information sciences from ETSU.
Madison Gagne is a registered nurse with the Johnson City Downtown Day Center, where she was previously a temporary patient care representative. She holds a B.S. degree in nursing from ETSU.
Justin D. Guillory is a coordinator of student access and leader development in the Mary V. Jordan Multicultural Center after serving as a graduate assistant coordinator of access and success programs in the Center. He holds a master of education degree from ETSU.
Dr. Rochelle Hentges is a research assistant professor with the Strong BRAIN Institute, College of Graduate and Continuing Studies. She comes to ETSU from the University of Calgary, where she completed a postdoctoral fellowship. She holds a Ph.D. in developmental psychology from the University of Rochester.
Samantha Kennedy is an office supervisor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She was previously director of First Impressions with Keller Williams. She holds a B.A. degree in education from Concord University.
Jenna Marcum is an executive aide in the College of Nursing Office of Student Services. Before coming to ETSU, she was an office manager at Realty Executives. She holds a B.A. degree in social sciences from Grand Canyon University.
Donna Paulsen is a lecturer in the Department of Communication and Performance. Before attaining her current position, she was a graduate assistant in the department for the ETSU Speech and Debate Team. She holds an M.A. degree from ETSU.
Eddie Phillips is a construction manager with Facilities Management. He was previously a senior construction administrator with Clark Nexsen. He holds a B.S. in engineering technology with a concentration in construction management from ETSU.

Katrina White is a medicolegal death investigator with the William L. Jenkins Forensic Center. She was previously a deputy coroner with the Richland County (South Carolina) Coroner’s Office. She holds an associate degree from Midlands Tech.
