Going Places

ETSU welcomes the following individuals who recently joined the university community:

Latoya Anderson is a family-focused solutions counselor in the Center for Community Outreach. Before coming to ETSU, she was an outreach admission counselor with Job Corps. She holds a master’s degree in counseling from Capella University.

Mark Bialkoski is an assistant men’s basketball coach in Intercollegiate Athletics after serving as director of operations at the University of Maryland. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University.

Lucas Campbell is director of basketball operations for men’s basketball in Intercollegiate Athletics. He was previously a graduate assistant at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where he earned his undergraduate degree.

Lori Clarke is a career specialist with the Center for Community Outreach. She was a student counselor and recruiter with the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Elizabethton before attaining her current position. She holds an M.Ed. degree in education and human resources development from Tusculum University.

Savanna Dobbins is a patient care specialist in the College of Nursing’s Extended Hours Health Center, Mountain City. She earned her LPN license at a Tennessee College of Applied Technology.

Dr. Rashmi Dubey is a lab technician in the Department of Surgery. She holds a Ph.D. in biotechnology from Madurai Kamaraj University, India.

Ashly Garris is a Talent Search advisor with TRIO/Student Support Services. She holds an MAT degree from ETSU.

Shauna Kindle is a coordinator in the Department of Biomedical Sciences. Before coming to ETSU, she was an office manager at True Light Eye Care. She holds a master’s degree from Capella University.

Sunny Park is an assistant athletic director for basketball performance in Intercollegiate Athletics. He was previously an assistant athletic director for sports performance at the University of Evansville. He holds a master’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Texas.

Christine M. Rigsby is an instructor in the ETSU College of Nursing after working as a family nurse practitioner. She holds an MSN degree from ETSU.

Holly Ruff is a family-focused solutions counselor in the Center for Community Outreach. She holds a master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s in addiction counseling from Grand Canyon University.
