Janice Levasseur is assistant director of the Center for Academic Achievement. Before coming to ETSU, she was a supplemental instruction coordinator at Mt. San Jacinto College. She holds an M.S. degree in statistics from the University of California-Riverside.
Christina L. Maness is a patient care specialist with ETSU Health Family Physicians Kingsport. She is
a registered medical assistant and is pursuing a nursing degree at Virginia Highlands
Community College.
Daniel K. Martin is an academic advisor in CASE after serving the university as an information research technician. He holds a B.S. in psychology and sociology from ETSU.
Dr. Carson Medley is a student success coordinator in the Honors College. He holds a doctorate of education from Sacramento State.
Emilie Casey Miller is a police officer in the ETSU Department of Public Safety.
Dr. Ralph L. Mills is an assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine. He is also continuing his roles as practicing physician at ETSU Health’s BucSports clinic and team physician for ETSU Athletics and Daniel Boone and David Crockett high schools.
Cody Morelock is an executive aide in CASE. He holds a B.A. degree in anthropology from ETSU.
Dr. Hunter Mullins is a music instructor at University School. He was previously a band director in the Kingsport City Schools.
Jennifer O’Neil is an instructor and PHED activity coordinator in the Department of Sport, Exercise, Recreation and Kinesiology. She holds a master’s degree from the U.S. Sports Academy and taught at King University before coming to ETSU.
Melissa Parish is a secretary in the Office of Financial Aid.
Dr. Christine D. Lewis Pugh is an assistant professor in the Department of Counseling and Human Services. Before coming to ETSU, she was a graduate assistant at the University of Mississippi, where she earned her Ph.D.
Jacy Richardson is an assistant professor in the Department of Digital Media. She holds a master’s degree in technology from ETSU and was a VFX and 3D artist with Cortina Productions before attaining her current position.
Dr. Monique Scott is an assistant professor in the College of Nursing. She holds a doctor of nursing practice degree from Wilkes University.
Anthony Shakir is an assistant football coach in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics after serving in a like position at Appalachian State University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brevard College.
Teresa Shakir is a staff counselor and THRIVE outreach coordinator in the Counseling Center.
Dr. Elizabeth Nicole White is an assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine. She holds a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
Rebecca L. Woodring is a technical clerk in the Office of the Registrar. She holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and criminal justice and criminology from ETSU.
