Dr. Stephanie Layne is an assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics. Before coming to ETSU, she was a general pediatrician in Asheville, North Carolina. She holds a D.O. degree from the University of Pikeville, Kentucky.
Dr. Kelsey Lee Lloyd is an assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine. She holds an M.D. degree from ETSU’s Quillen College of Medicine.
Dr. Jennifer Locander is an assistant professor in the Department of Management and Marketing after earning
her Ph.D. in marketing at the University of Mississippi.
Madison Lowe is a secretary in Learning Services, Center for Academic Achievement. She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and policy analysis from ETSU.
Dr. Reza Maihami is an assistant professor in the Department of Management of Marketing. He was previously an assistant professor at Our Lady of the Lake University. He holds a Ph.D. from Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran.
Dr. David Miller is an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science, International Affairs and Public Administration. Before coming to ETSU, he was a postdoctoral research scholar at Vanderbilt University. He holds a Ph.D. in political science from Washington University in St. Louis.
Emily Miller is a utility worker in grounds maintenance, Facilities Management, after serving in the division as a temporary worker. She is a graduate of Science Hill High School.
Dr. Jeremy M. Powers is an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery, specializing in plastic surgery. He holds an M.D. degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Ryan Roberts is a procurement and contracts manager in the Office of Business and Finance. Before coming to ETSU, he was a financial risk management analyst with Eastman Chemical Co. He holds master’s degrees in finance and supply chain management from ETSU and the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
John F. Rogers is a director of development for the Clemmer College in the Office of University Advancement. He was a teacher at Mount de Sales Academy before attaining his current position and holds an M.S. degree in sports administration.
David Saleh is a lecturer in the Department of Accountancy. He was previously an accounting manager with Wyoming Electronics Inc. He holds a master of accountancy degree from ETSU.
Dr. Sukhvir Singh is an assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics, where he completed his residency. He holds a D.O. degree from Des Moines University.
Dr. Ramsey Steiner is a lecturer in the Department of Chemistry. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia.
Dr. Ante Ursic is an assistant professor in the Department of Theatre and Dance. He holds a Ph.D. in performance studies from UC-Davis.
Heather Vines is a case manager with the Johnson City Downtown Day Clinic. She holds a BSW degree from King University.
Jessica Vodden is the chief marketing and communications officer in the Office of Marketing and Communication. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Colorado-Denver.
Amy Williamson is a technology development coordinator in Academic Technology Services. She was previously director of community education with Partners for Stronger Communities. She holds an M.A. degree in English language and linguistics from the University of Leicester.
Christopher Allen Wilson is a professor of practice in the Department of Digital Media. Before coming to ETSU, he was a visual effects artist with Method Studios. He holds a B.F.A. in visual effects from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Dr. Son Dang Wilson is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics and Finance after serving as an adjunct instructor at Old Dominion University, where she earned her Ph.D.
Jefferson Andrew Young is an academic advisor in the College of Nursing Office of Student Services. He was previously an Upward Bound counselor at Tusculum University. He holds a master’s degree in counseling from ETSU.
