JOHNSON CITY – A popular fast food restaurant is now available at East Tennessee State
University.
Taco Bell is open in the D.P. Culp Student Center on the university’s main campus.
The community is invited to a grand opening that is scheduled for noon on Friday,
Jan. 20, on the first floor of the Culp.
“Getting Taco Bell on campus in less than a year’s time is absolutely incredible,”
said Mason Mosier, president of ETSU’s Student Government Association. “Our Student
Government Association worked overtime with visionaries like Dr. Brian Noland, Dr.
Joe Sherlin, Dr. Leah Adinolfi and so many other administrators to make this a reality
for students.”
The grand opening will feature a ribbon cutting with music, as well as cake and a
proclamation by the student government. Free promotional items, food and coupons for
tacos will also be available.
“Come out and help us celebrate this exciting development at ETSU,” said Mosier.
