Three Appalachian League teams to join in ETSU PRIDE celebration

JOHNSON CITY (Aug. 26, 2013) – From Aug. 27-29, three Appalachian League baseball teams – the Johnson City Cardinals, Elizabethton Twins and Bristol White Sox – will celebrate ETSU PRIDE Week with free admission to their games for those wearing blue and gold East Tennessee State University attire or showing an ETSU ID card.

ETSU President Dr. Brian Noland will throw out the first pitch at each of the three games, and ETSU students will sing the national anthem.  Each game begins at 7 p.m., with gates opening at 6 p.m.
