ETSU to hold Spring Open House for prospective students and families


JOHNSON CITY (March 18, 2014) — East Tennessee State University will hold the annual Spring Open House on Saturday, March 29. High school students, transfer students and their families are invited to attend.

Guests may check in starting at 9 a.m. in the second-floor Atrium Food Court of the D.P. Culp University Center, with the program beginning at 9:45 a.m.

From 9:45 a.m. until 1 p.m., visitors can experience demonstrations, displays and conversations with faculty members and representatives from Housing, Financial Aid, Admissions and academic departments.

Tours of campus will be conducted from 10:30 a.m. until 12:15 p.m., and lunch will be available for guests at a discounted rate in the Marketplace cafeteria, as well as the Atrium Food Court, until 3 p.m.

Prospective students are also invited to attend the ETSU baseball game versus Northern Kentucky at 2 p.m. Admission for the visiting students is free and $5 per ticket for other guests.
