East Tennessee State University’s Dr. Mike Stoots, professor and interim chair
of the Department of Community and Behavioral Health in the ETSU College of Public
Health, has been awarded the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health’s
prestigious Teaching Excellence Award in 2025.
