College welcomes new Roan Scholars

Eleven outstanding high school seniors from across the region have been selected as the newest members of the Roan Scholars Leadership Program  at East Tennessee State University. These eleven students will join 29 returning Roan Scholars on campus in the fall as part of the prestigious four-year scholarship program.  We join our existing 11 members of the Roan Scholars family in welcoming these outstanding new ETSU students.
