Voudrie Essay
Congratulations to University School student Aaron Voudrie, who placed in the top 15 out of nearly 100 essays submitted by students in our region, for this year’s Eastman 2018 Black History Month Oratorical Contest.  Aaron was invited to a special luncheon to honor his achievement.

The guidelines/purpose of the Eastman Black History Oratorical Contest is to provide local high school students with an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of African American contributors to the academic disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering , Arts and Math (STEAM).  It also provides the students with an opportunity to improve their writing, communication, public speaking and leadership skills.

So very proud of you, Aaron!
