To be eligible, you must:

  • Be an EMT or Paramedic with an Associate's in Applied Science or higher.
  • Live in Carter, Greene, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, or Washington counties, Tennessee.
  • Submit the request more information form to recieve application fee waiver, and then apply and be accepted to ETSU
