Policy Purpose
This policy specifies East Tennessee State University’s (ETSU or University) procedures for reporting and addressing discrimination and harassment under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and sex-based discrimination and harassment under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
