This policy is in compliance with the Tennessee Campus Free Speech Protection Act, the Charlie Kirk Act, the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, Article I, Section 19 of the Tennessee Constitution, and related University policies addressing freedom of expression and the University’s role in political and social action.
