Medication Administration Guidelines

University School follows Washington County’s medication policy, which states that parents/guardians must provide any medication that parents/guardians want their student(s) to be able to have while at school and the student must have a medication authorization form signed by a parent/guardian on file. This includes any over-the-counter medications (i.e., ibuprofen, Tylenol, cough drops, triple antibiotic ointment, anti-itch cream, etc.).
