Welcome to the Office of the Registrar's website. The purpose of this site is to provide you, our students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community, helpful information, important dates, and useful forms. Our goal is to provide you prompt and courteous service. We are here for you.
The Registrar's Office is divided into three areas to best serve you.
Mission Statement
The Office of the Registrar has a responsibility to maintain an accurate and complete academic history for each student; to provide an effective method of class registration; to maintain student records in compliance with FERPA; to report accurate information to the National Student Clearinghouse; to preserve accurate and secure records for the university; to process grade changes provided by the faculty; to certify NCAA eligibility; to maintain the undergraduate and graduate curriculum; to manage a degree audit system; to maintain up-to-date undergraduate and graduate course catalogs; to prepare and publish the class and examination schedules; to manage the use of the university classrooms; to coordinate commencement activities and confer degrees; to provide official transcripts, verifications, and other student and course based reports as required; to submit the enrollment, supplemental, end-of-term, lottery and graduate reports; to interpret the academic policies to students, faculty and staff.
