Initial Error Message
The First time users open Outlook after the Migration, it is expected you will see this message from your email administrator:
Resolving the Error
Please close your Outlook Mail Application. Re-open your Outlook Mail Application. Enter your username in the format, email@example.com as pictured below:
Next, enter your standard ETSU Password.
Remember to Check the box that says Remember my Credentials.
Continue on using Outlook Email as normally before migration.
