EAB Navigate 

ETSU utilizes the EAB Navigate system to link college leaders, advisors, staff and students in a coordinated care network

Navigate technology allows advisors to:

  • Identify and prioritize students that are at academic risk and require intervention
  • Coordinate proactive early alert campaigns and student outreach
  • Engage students in academic advising and student support services

 

  • View of students’ records and progress
  • Appointment scheduling and record keeping
    • Schedule appointments during office hours which notify and remind students of any upcoming appointments 
  • Send proactive email messages to your students
  • User-friendly search tools and reports
  • Assistance with student outreach
    • Academic Alerts – Early Alerts
    • Early Semester Progress Reports (ESPR/mid-terms)
    • Academic support outreach (using gpa, gateway courses, etc.)
  • Create customized lists
