Because the University Marketing and Communications web team is made up of a small (but mighty) team managing a 30K+ page website, we must prioritize our team's time and priorities. All requests for web team assistance (large or small) must now be submitted through forms.
If you need permission to edit a website or to create a web redirect, use the following

This fall, we will also offer office hours via Zoom every other Thursday from 2:30-3:30 p.m. to help web editors get answers to questions or help with how-to's. See our schedule here.
When filling out the form, please:

Provide a clear description of your request or the issue you've encountered

Specify whether it's a request for help, a bug report, etc.

Include any relevant details such as URLs, screenshots, or error messages
Once submitted, your request will be added to our workflow queue for evaluation and consideration. This process helps us manage all requests systematically and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
If you have an urgent issue that's severely impacting website functionality, please email cms@etsu.edu with "URGENT" in the subject line, and we'll expedite our response.
