Rachel Bakaletz

Rachel Bakaletz grew up in Anderson County, Tennessee, which is about 20 minutes north of Knoxville. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science from ETSU in May 2020.

Some of her favorite classes she took during her time with ETSU were ethical hacking, computer forensics, data analytics, and information security. Rachel graduated with her master’s degree in computer science from ETSU in May 2022. Her thesis involved using network traffic and machine learning models to predict attacks in an organization. Specifically, her research interests include cybersecurity, digital forensics and data analytics.
