Take the Time to Thank an Educator Today

Almost everyone has benefitted from the support of an educator – a teacher, a principal, a counselor, a coach. East Tennessee State University values and celebrates educators, the ones who pour so much of their time, energy, and efforts to shape the next generation.

To raise awareness of the positive impact so many educators have, the Clemmer College at ETSU has launched a #ThankAnEducator campaign. It is a way for people from all walks of life to share the ways in which educators have helped them. While you are here, browse some of the award-winning programs at Clemmer College.

Want to take part in the “Thank an Educator” campaign? It is pretty simple: record a video of yourself describing how an educator positively affected your life, and then upload it to social media with the hashtag #ThankAnEducator.
