ACADEMIC INTERESTS
I graduated in May 2012 from King College with a BS in the Cellular and Molecular Biology concentration. I also completed several upper-level Spanish courses in an effort to further diversify myself for a future in public health and dentistry. I have devoted over 200 hours to shadowing dental professionals in the state of Tennessee. Throughout my shadowing experiences, I have solidified an ever-growing interest in health care, specifically the field of dentistry. I began my graduate-level study of public health in the fall of 2013 at the East Tennessee State University College of Public Health as an MPH student. My ultimate goal is to practice dentistry in east Tennessee where I plan to focus on the health of the entire community, provide quality dental care to individuals, and operate my own business.
