EVENTS and DEADLINES:
Funds are no longer available for Travel Grants for the remainder of the 2017-18 academic year. New funds will become available for eligible travel after July 1st.
Funds are available to support undergraduate student travel for presentations/exhibitions/performances at academically-oriented events in which creative and scholarly works are shared.
- HOW MUCH: Up to $500 (per student) will be awarded a student who presents a paper or poster at a professional meeting, participates in a formal competition, or presents creative work at a juried exhibition.
- HOW OFTEN: Requests for funds will be considered on a rolling basis.
- WHEN TO REQUEST: Students should submit a request at least three (3) weeks prior to departure for the conference.

Awardees are expected to submit a summary report of their conference experience. For a brief guide describing the content and submission of your report, visit the page on Reports.
