Computing Technology Services (CTS) provides the day-to-day support of hardware and software to over 5000 University owned PC and Mac laptop and desktop computers. CTS provides technical assistance to East Tennessee State University faculty and staff. Our customer support specialists and anaylsts work with faculty and staff in their assigned buildings to respond to Help Desk tickets for desktop computers, printers, and other related IT issues. It is our mission to provide an exceptional customer support experience for ITS support issues to the campus community.
