Enterprise Software and Services
Enterprise Software and Services maintains and develops the University’s administrative applications. ETSU utilizes Ellucian’s Banner Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for administrative functions. This system includes software for student services, financial aid, human resources, financial accounting and alumni services. Additionally, many other ancillary systems and campus applications are used to support and interface with Banner.
