Why are ticket purchases unavailable June 30 through July 12, 2026?

What services are unavailable during this time?
From Tuesday, June 30 through Sunday, July 12, 2026, any ticket purchases will be unavailable, including online ticket purchases, phone orders, and in-person Box Office transactions.

When will ticket sales resume?
Ticket sales and account services are expected to resume on July 13, 2026, with the launch of our new ticketing system. -
I purchased tickets in the old system. What does this mean for my tickets?
No action is needed on your end. All previously purchased tickets will be reissued and sent directly to the email address associated with your original purchase through our new ticketing system. -
