Students will study team building, leadership, and organizational systems.
The certificate in Community Leadership is designed for those with bachelor’s degrees who desire advanced leadership credentials to prepare for professional careers leading teams and organizations. Drive meaningful initiatives, inspire others, and create lasting change.
Students will study best practices in community leadership, including alignment of mission, vision, and goals.
Learn Key Skills
This four-course certificate provides key leadership skills for those working in any field, including government, civic, health care, nonprofit, education, finance, small business, and more. Coursework is designed for those practicing or aspiring directors, division leaders, team leaders, or community organizers. Step 2: Sign In to the ETSU Application Portal and Start a New Application

Step 3: Complete the Application
Choose "Graduate," select your student type (domestic, international, global), then select "Certificate," and then select your start term. Next, choose a major and complete the application. *Your application is not complete without requesting/submitting supporting documents (transcripts, test scores, etc.).
