Students transferring to East Tennessee State from other colleges and universities can apply for all types of aid, including scholarships specifically for transfer students.
Transfer Scholarships
Academic Performance Scholarhip
Students who are transferring new to ETSU and are in-state or one of our border counties may be eligible for one of our Transfer Academic Performance Scholarships. Transfer APS award is dependent upon submission of a final transcript from the college or university the student is transferring from by August 1. Students will be notified if they are eligibile for the Transfer APS.

Transfer Student Financial Aid
As a tranfer student you may already have experience with financial aid and might still be eligible for different types of awards including grants, work study and loans. Our dedicated financial aid counselors are here to answer questions on transferring your aid to ETSU.
Don't forget to file your Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) early. Transfer
students need to be sure to change your school code to ETSU in order to be reviewed
