- Submit Examination Results

Provide official results from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). English Language Services (ELS) results from an official academic record demonstrating successful completion of Level 112 English for Academic Purposes can be submitted for English Language Proficiency. ETSU requires official ACT/SAT scores from international freshman applicants under the age of 21 who graduated from a US high school.
- Apply for Housing

If you are planning to live on campus (not required), you must apply early for university housing. Use the application available from the Housing webpage. Be sure to include the appropriate housing application fee.
- Apply for your Meal Plan

If you are living on campus, fill out the Resident Advantage Meal Plan form or if you are living off campus, fill out the Commuter Meal Plan form and return it to the Campus Dining office. Mailing address: ETSU Campus Dining, PO Box 70290, Johnson City, TN 37614.
- Complete the health forms

New students must complete two health forms prior to registering for classes and enrolling in ETSU. The Student Health Form and the Meningitis and Hepatitis B Immunization Health Form. Health history requirements may be viewed from the Health Services webpage.
- Provide Financial Support and Other Information

Provide certification from a parent or guardian or other responsible person or organization that ample financial support will be provided while attending ETSU. Financial documentation provided must be original documents.
