APS Scholarships for Freshmen
Your good grades and ACT/SAT score could help pay for college!
The Academic Performance Scholarship Program (APS) is ETSU's largest merit based scholarship program for new freshmen students from Tennessee and border counties eligible for in-state tuition. These scholarships are awarded based on a combination of high school GPA and ACT/SAT scores for freshmen.
If you are a high school senior and meet the criteria below, all you need to do is submit your application for admission to ETSU, high school transcript, ACT or SAT scores and your application fee by May 1 of your senior year of high school. For the 2021-2022 year, both the application deadline and deadline for students to submit their ACT/SAT test scores for APS scholarship consideration have been extended to May 1. Late applications will be considered as long as funding is available. (You must have earned both the minimum GPA and ACT or SAT scores to be eligible for the scholarship).
Between June and September, you can search for available service positions.
