TRS Timesheets



Information Technology Services, in conjunction with Business and Finance, has completed the development of an electronic timesheet that is utilized within the Time Record System (TRS).

Beginning July 1, all employees will enter their July time entries directly into TRS.

  • This electronic Time Report System replaces the current Dynamic Forms Time Report process.
  • All users may log into TRS through the Employee tab in Goldlink beginning on 7/1/2020.
  • TRS direct login:
  • Timesheet Schedule
  • APS, FWS, and RWS student workers are excluded from directly entering their time into TRS.
  • Until further notice, timesheets for Medical Residents will still need to be entered directly into TRS by their timekeepers.
