Who Are Our Patients?

Older Couple

Our patients come from Johnson City and the counties that surround
us. They range in age from early childhood through late adulthood.

Because we are a training clinic our fees can be lower than other places. We are able to offer our services at a discounted rate based on financial need. Proof of income is required to receive a discount. We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards for payment.

We are able to file your Amerigroup, BlueCare, TennCare Select, and CoverKidsGirls playing soccer claims on your behalf. We are working to add additional insurance contracts. Please call the clinic for fee information and to find out what insurance we accept.

Your visits at the BHWC are confidential. We require your written permission to release any information about your treatment here.

Inclement Weather Policy:

In the event of inclement weather, it is up to the individual client and the treating clinician to decide whether or not they feel it is safe enough for them to travel to the clinic to keep their appointments. In the event that University offices are closed due to inclement weather, the BHWC will also be closed. Please check ETSU's website: or listen to WETS-FM 89.5 for updates regarding University closures.Gay Couple
