Designers interested in an ETSU project:
Visit the website of the Office of the State Architect to become familiar with the latest edition of the Designer Registration.
ETSU project solicitations for RFQ or LOIs will be advertised on OSA Connect and responses will need to be uploaded by registered designers.
General Information:
Response are limited to five pages (do not include photographs or attachments).- Please check for attachments linked in the Project Advertisement that may elaborate scope.
- Questions will be answered, as deemed appropriate by ETSU, in writing via addendum to all designers who have submitted a letter of interest. No oral responses will be considered official.
- Any dates listed in the Project Advertisement, other than the Submittal Deadline date, are for reference only and are not a commitment to an actual schedule.
