Recurring (monthly) Charges

Multi-line (up to six lines monitored) Cisco VoIP 7962 - $ 43

Single line with Cisco VoIP 3905 - $28

Analog Line for fax, modem, etc. (no telephone) $ 22

Addition single-line telephone (phone only, shared line and number) $ 6

Non-Recurring (one-time) Charges

New phone setup / Disconnect / Phone unit (hardware) change $ 25

Install network connection/cable TV line $280 (standard installation -- doesn't include additional costs for conduit installation, restricted access issues, etc.)

Telephone Cost Allocation

Telephone Cost Allocations may be viewed by departmental budget administrators at the Telecom Billing System (TBS) website. Contact the ITS Help Desk at 439-4648 or to request access to TBS.

Departmental budgetary unit heads are responsible for ensuring that all employees are aware of the Telecommunications Policy. Please see the official policy from the Financial Procedures Manual
