How do I log into Reach (digital signage management software)?
If you have an account, you can log into REACH by going to https://etsu.reachlogin.com/ and using your ETSU username and password. -

Why are there announcements on my signage that I did not create?
All ETSU Digital Signage screens display at least two playlists of content. University-Wide Content delivers messages to every digital display across campus. Facility Content delivers messages to the display(s) in the department/user’s designated area(s). All displays must feature a combination of both playlists to ensure audiences receive accurate and updated information from both sources.

I can’t get my announcements to show up! What should I do?
Make sure you have added your announcements to your designated playlist for your signage. If you have created a new playlist, be sure to contact the Digital Content Strategist so they can add that new playlist to your facility's player.

How do I get my announcements shown across campus?
Please submit your request through the Submit/Request Content Form. -
How do I incorporate my department’s social media account into my signage?
You will need to connect REACH with your selected social media app. To ensure the information displays correctly, please contact the Digital Content Strategist to go through the process with you. -
My digital display looks weird or has stopped working. How do I fix it?
Please contact the Digital Content Strategist and provide as much detail as you can about the issues with your signage.

Fill out the Signage Display (Hardware) Request Form to start the process.

You can always send your REACH and digital signage questions to the Digital Content Strategist. If it is REACH related, you can view tutorials on our website or within the REACH application under the Support tab.
