Inspired by an early passion for data analysis that began at Northeast State Community College, Andrew has dedicated over two decades to mastering the field through both rigorous academic study and practical application. Since January 2020, he has served as the Director of Assessment & Institutional Excellence at ETSU Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy, where he supports strategic initiatives in accreditation, data governance, and programmatic evaluation.

Academic Foundation & Expertise

Andrew is currently a 4th-year Ph.D. candidate at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville, specializing in Evaluation, Statistics, and Methodology (minor in Statistics and Data Science) with an anticipated graduation in 2027. His educational background also includes:

• An MBA from Tusculum University.
• A BBA from King University.
• An AS in Business Management from Northeast State Community College.

His technical expertise spans advanced statistical modeling, mixed-methods research, and data visualization using tools like R, SPSS, and Power BI.

Personal Interests

Deeply rooted in Northeast Tennessee, Andrew is a devoted husband and father to three children—two daughters and a son. Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, he focuses on hobbies that foster creativity, physical activity, and family engagement. He is an avid musician and enjoys various outdoor activities throughout the Appalachian region. He also serves his community as a technical volunteer for Red Stone Church in Elizabethton.
