ETSU Green Zone: A Campus-Wide Network Committed to Empowering Our Military-Affiliated Students
ETSU Green Zone is a dynamic, inclusive network dedicated to strengthening support and fostering meaningful engagement for our Military-Affiliated Student (MAS) community. This initiative is designed to educate and equip ETSU faculty and staff with the knowledge to recognize the unique strengths that MAS bring to our campus, while also addressing the distinct challenges they may encounter. By increasing awareness of the resources and benefits available, Green Zone empowers our MAS community to thrive both academically and personally during their time at ETSU.
Green Zone Team:
Col. (R) Dan Bishop: Director of Military and Veteran Services
Jason Wilder: Associate Director of Military and Veteran Services
Cody Morelock: Green Zone Coordinator and Academic Advisor
Green Zone Liaisons:
Green Zone Liaisons are ETSU faculty and staff who have completed specialized Green Zone training, equipping them to better understand and support our Military-Affiliated Students (MAS). You can easily identify them by the Green Zone logo displayed outside their offices or in their email signatures.
These dedicated liaisons are here to assist with your questions and connect you to a wide range of campus resources, ensuring you have the support you need to succeed at ETSU.
