How do I get access to a certain door/area with my card?
You will then need to appropriate form here on our website to have the Dean/Director (building access) or an approved access signer (for departmental areas) sign for the lock you are requesting access for. Once all necessary signatures and approvals are received, email the form to beall@etsu.edu. Allow 24-48 hours for access to be processed.My card isn’t working. What do I do?
First, check to see if the reader is acknowledging your card. If it is not, visit Campus ID Services to receive a new card. If your card is reading at the reader, but it blinks red, then contact beall@etsu.edu.I’ve lost my card. What do I do?
Contact ETSU Police immediately, or use the GET app to deactivate your card. Failure to do so will grant access for anyone who finds your card to the areas you have permissions to.
