The D.P Culp University Center
The newly-renovated D.P Culp University Center on ETSU's Main Campus is the location
for the convention. This new, state-of-the-art student center serves as the community
center for the ETSU campus. Housed within are numerous services, students and administrative
offices, recreational opportunities, food service areas, the bookstore, a post office,
and meeting facilities for use by ETSU students, faculty, staff, as well as members
of the Tri-Cities Community.
The Convention takes place on all 3 floors, in all rooms and open areas, including the Cave, Panel and Meeting Rooms, Auditorium, and Grand Ballrom.
The Carnegie Hotel
Our nearest hotel, The Carnegie, sits immediately across from and adjacent to ETSU's Main Campus and is connected by sky-bridge. Traditional décor, charming ambiance, and dedicated staff offer a unique experience of a by gone era; accompanied by all the modern amenities today’s travelers have come to expect.

Less than a 10 minute drive to ETSU (3.3 miles) with Double Queens and Single Kings available, it's the Hilton DoubleTree of Johnson City! Turn off Highway 11E and find us next to The Mall at Johnson City. Surrounded by local eats and a movie theater, enjoy a warm DoubleTree cookie at check-in, and stop by the gourmet burger bar!
