ETSU's Parking Services opens at 7:30am Monday through Friday.
Because ETS suggests arriving 30 minutes early for exams, some may prefer to print a temporary parking permit before exam day. The following are instructions for obtaining a printable temporary parking permit in advance:
First, go to the ETSU Parking Services website: https://www.etsu.edu/facilities/parking/.
Under "Temporary Permits," click the "here" link (For those who would like to request
a temporary permit online, please do so here.
Click "Request Visitor Permit" link just beneath ETSU Parking System logo on the top
left of the page.
Enter your license plate number and state, then click "Submit Request."
Print the temporary permit and display it on your driver's side dashboard the day
of the test.
Obtaining this permit will allow you to park for that day in designated faculty/staff
or student parking.
For those wishing to obtain a permit the day of the exam, ETSU Parking Services is located at 132 Stout Drive, at the corner of Stout Drive and University Boulevard. They have a convenient drive-thru window. You will need your license plate number to obtain the permit at the window.
