East Tennessee State University  is committed to protecting the privacy and security of patient health data. The ETSU HIPAA Compliance Office offers HIPAA services to all faculty, staff, residents, and students who work in ETSU's Colleges of Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, and Health Sciences, as well as all ETSU clinics. The ETSU HIPAA Compliance  is also available to patients who may have questions or concerns about the privacy and security of their health information.
