Public Records Request
In accordance with ETSU’s Open Records Rule and the Tennessee Public Records Act, any Tennessee resident can request records made or received in connection with the transaction of official university business except as excluded by law. The requestor must provide a Tennessee Driver's lincense, military ID, or passport at the time of request to establish proof of residency. A request will not be proceesed until proof residency is provided.
Requests may be made via this website or in person during regular business hours at the Office of University Counsel on the third floor of Burgin Dossett Hall on the main ETSU campus. For questions regarding open records requests, please email Mark Fulks at publicrecords@etsu.edu.
