ETSU’s Cybersecurity Team, the Cyber Bucs, made an impressive debut in MITRE's annual
Embedded Capture the Flag (eCTF) competition, securing 17th place out of 95 teams
from institutions across nine countries.
Bulls, Bucs, & Bears Challenge Winners
During this campus-wide stock challenge, students started out with a hypothetical
$10,000 to see how much they could accumulate in five weeks. The challenge was sponsored
by STIFEL Investments and cash prizes were awarded to the top 10 finishers.

chapters, ETSU's AMA was honored with national recognition for Professional Development

Milhorn is a native of Tennessee who earned his B.S. in Economics from ETSU where
he graduated summa cum laude in 1994 and is a member of the Business & Technology
Hall of Fame. The Conference of State Bank Supervisors’ Board of Directors announced
the appointment of Brandon Milhorn, currently deputy to FDIC Vice Chairman Travis
Hill and previously chief operating officer, chief of staff and deputy to FDIC Chairman
Jelena McWilliams, as its next president and CEO.
