Timmy Global Health offers students the opportunity to partner with a nonprofit organization to provide global health equality and help deliver financial, medical, and human resources to community-based health and development projects across the world.
The ETSU Chapter of Timmy Global Health was founded in 2016 to encourage and empower ETSU students to participate in global projects that help deliver quality healthcare to underserved populations and increase students' understanding of barriers to affordable, appropriate care.
Students joined healthcare professionals and other volunteers to assist with a clinic in Guangaje, Ecuador for eight days in June 2017.
