The capstone experience provides student-led teams the opportunity to gain real world experience by solving problems for actual businesses within the region. Students work with their clients and faculty coaches to deliver key strategy recommendations for each project. The teams apply knowledge taught throughout the curriculum, providing them with a practical learning experience while offering valuable insights to the businesses they are assisting.

Student Spotlight: Cristopher Santana
Cristopher is a graduate of both the Bachelor of Administration in Economics and Bachelor
of Administration in Finance programs. As an undergrad, he held leadership roles in
the Economics Club, the Students of Finance Association, as well as the Student Government
Association. He is now enrolled in the MBA program and serves as Student Trustee on
ETSU's Board of Trustees.

PharmD/MBA
Become a leader in a variety of healthcare settings. The PharmD/MBA program is designed for students interested in studying in the Doctor of Pharmacy program while also acquiring business expertise in the Master of Business Administration program. Students in this program will be able to complete their MBA courses online while simultaneously completing their PharmD degree.
Graduates will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in pharmaceutical and administrative positions. By studying in this dual degree program, graduates can advance their careers by pursuing management, administrative, and leadership roles in various healthcare settings.

MD/MBA
As a physician, you will be the leader in the room. Further hone your leadership skills with an MBA. The MD/MBA program at ETSU is designed for students interested in pursuing the study of medicine, while also gaining business expertise.
An MBA offers the opportunity to develop business acumen and leaderships skills to extend knowledge beyond patient care. Students become highly experienced physician leaders while acquiring tools to pursue management, administrative, and leadership roles.
