How to Record CloudCME Attendance

Participants have 60 minutes before and 120 minutes after each session to record attendance. A QR code will be provided before each presentation, and a four-digit attendance code will be shared in the chat. Each presentation will have a different attendance code.

• Option 1: Use the CloudCME Mobile App

  • Scan the shared QR code using the CloudCME mobile app.
  • When prompted for the organization code, enter ETSU.
  • Your attendance will be recorded automatically.
• Option 2: Record Attendance by Text Message

  If your phone number is already paired with your CloudCME account:

  Text the four-digit attendance code to 855-788-1746.

  If you have a CloudCME account but your phone number has not been paired:

  1. Text the email address associated with your CloudCME account to 855-788-1746.
  2. Wait for a confirmation text indicating that your phone number has been updated.
  3. Text the four-digit attendance code to 855-788-1746.

Creating a CloudCME Account

ETSU Employees

1. Visit the ETSU CloudCME Website
2. Log in using your ETSU email address and password.
3. Record attendance using either the QR code or text message option above.

Non-ETSU Employees

1. Visit the ETSU CloudCME Website
2. Create a CloudCME account.
3. Record attendance using either the QR code or text message option above.

Evaluations and CME Credit

If an evaluation is required, you will receive an email with a link to complete it. Evaluations may be completed through the CloudCME mobile app or on a computer using the link provided in the email.

Evaluations must be completed within 60 days of the activity to claim credit.
