Requirements
Applicants must have completed an ACGME-accredited family medicine residency and be board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the host country and demonstrate an interest in or experience with global health, rural medicine or underserved care.
How to Apply
The application period opens July 1 and closes Feb. 28 for the fellowship beginning Aug. 1. Applicants must submit:
- Letter of intent
- Curriculum vitae
- Three letters of recommendation, including one from the residency program director
