Anatomical New and Continued Donor Requests
For use of the anatomical donors for medical education research or training, please contact the following individuals in coordination with the space desired. Please indicate in your request whether the request is for a NEW cadaver request or a CONTINUED USE cadaver request and include the donor number. Submissions are required to be received at least 7 business days in advance of desired date:
- To use the Anatomy Lab or Orthopedics space, please contact Tiffany Gasperson and Heidi Cobarrubias to reserve a new
cadaver or to request use of a current cadaver.

Gross anatomy lab personnel will contact the requestor to finalize the process once approved. A donor number will be supplied to the requestor upon approval.
To use the Center for Surgical Innovation & Training (CSI&T) space, please contact Kayla See to reserve a new cadaver or to request use of a current cadaver. Submissions are required at least 7 business days in advance of desired date:

Center for Surgical Innovation & Training (CSI&T) lab personnel will contact the requestor to finalize the process once approved. A donor number will be supplied to the requestor upong arrival.
A Bookings calendar will be used to reserve cadaver and space requests upon approval. The requestor will receive a calendar reservation.
The donor(s) can utilized throughout a maximum of one academic year.
Resident Programs, please verify if your department has already aquired donors when you submit your request.
