2026 Medical Student Summer Research Curriculum
All ETSU students are welcome to participate in the Medical Student Summer Research Curriculum. Quillen medical students participating in the Medical Student Summer Research Program will receive a certificate of completion if they attend the live sessions through Zoom or watch the recorded sessions. All lectures will be posted on this page along with additional resources that may be helpful through the program.
The 6 sessions for this year include information on the following topics: Research Study Design, Library Resources, Data and Essential Statistics, Launching your Research Study, Crafting Abstracts and Posters, and Intro to REDCap and SPSS.
2026 Medical Student Summer Research Symposium Information
The Medical Student Summer Research Symposium will be held in the Fall of 2026. More information will be provided once available. Monetary awards and certificates will be given to the top 3 presentations in both clinical/population health and basic science research categories.
