The University's GoldLink system allows you access to student information online, you may pay fees, view an unofficial Transcript, connect to D2L, keep up to date with University news, and various other items. You will NOT use GoldLink to register for courses. We register you from this office.
You will use your ETSU username and password to access GoldLink.
Transcript Requests
To request an electronic transcript, please click here. This option is only available to those who graduated in 1998 and beyond.
For those graduating prior to 1998 or anyone who prefers to request a paper transcript, please email our office qcomrecords@etsu.edu.
QCOM Alumni: Update Your Information
Update your current information with the Quillen College of Medicine Records Office. Email qcomrecords@etsu.edu to request the Graduate form.
Once completed, email it as an attachment to qcomrecords@etsu.edu or fax to (423) 439-2110.
